2026 Forest Summer Camp Application Form

Welcome to Gem of the Forest Kindergarten Summer Camp!
We’re excited for your child to join us for a fun-filled outdoor adventure.

Camp Details:

🌿 Ages: 3 to 6 group and 7 to 12
🌿 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🌿 Cost: $375 per week
🌿 Deposit: $100 per child, per week (non-refundable)
